在環(huán)境溫度非固定溫度加工狀態(tài)下，加上機臺結(jié)構(gòu)的熱位移變化，皆會影響加工品的精度表現(xiàn)。
ATC環(huán)境溫度補正系依據(jù)機臺結(jié)構(gòu)熱位移現(xiàn)象，透過感測器回傳的溫度及進給位置訊息，推導(dǎo)出因環(huán)境溫度變化而產(chǎn)生的機臺結(jié)構(gòu)的熱位移值，幷將其準(zhǔn)確控制。
In the processing state of non-fixed ambient temperature, coupled with the change of thermal displacement of the machine structure, will affect the precision performance of the processed product.
Based on the thermal displacement phenomenon of the machine structure, the ATC ambient temperature correction system deduces the thermal displacement value of the machine structure caused by the change of ambient temperature through the temperature and feed position information returned by the sensor,and accurately controls it.

主軸在高速運動時，會因?qū)懬邢靼l(fā)熱造成主軸熱位移，影響加工品的精度。
STC 主軸溫度熟捕正，主要針對主軸溫度變化，透過感測器回傳主軸溫度及位置訊息幷將其控制。

processed product.
