主要特點(diǎn)Main Characteritics
※機(jī)床的進(jìn)給及修正，由二個(gè)互不干涉的傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)執(zhí)行，進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)具有定程磨削功能，采用手動(dòng)或液動(dòng)二種進(jìn)給方式。
※機(jī)床設(shè)有快跳機(jī)構(gòu).因此退出砂輪進(jìn)行測(cè)量或修正后不必重新手動(dòng)對(duì)刀。
※工作臺(tái)起動(dòng)有液壓開關(guān)閥，確保裝卸工件時(shí)安全性。
※機(jī)床在特殊訂貨時(shí)，可配高速砂輪軸為18000轉(zhuǎn)1分，以適宜20~-50mm孔的磨削。
※機(jī)床在床頭箱頂部設(shè)有端磨裝置.并且端磨回轉(zhuǎn)與工作臺(tái)縱向運(yùn)動(dòng)有可靠的液壓聯(lián)鎖。
※Feed and dressing movementsare controlled by means of two independent driving systems. Size-metric grinding is adopted.
※Feed movement can be carried out both manually and hydralically.
※Because the machine is quipped with jumping mechanism, it is unnecessary to reset the tool after returning grinding whelformeasurement or dressing.
※The machine is equipped with a hydraulic switch valve to ensure safety during loading and unloading workpieces.
※A grinding spindle with 18,000 r/min. is optional for grinding bore diameter ranging from 20 to 50mm.
※An endface grinding device is provided on the top of the workhead. There is a hydraulic interlock system between the swivel ofthe endface grinding device and the longitudinal movement of the worktable.
